Nothing Lost
Case ManagementLIVE

One case record your whole team reads from — nobody's working off a stale copy or an email thread.

Permissioned Sharing
Patient & Provider PortalLIVE

Patients and providers get in with one link. No password to forget, no account to provision — and every link only opens the one case it was made for.

Built-In Boundaries
Role-Based AccessLIVE

Billing can't edit case strategy. A paralegal can't see another team's cases. Access follows the job, automatically — not a spreadsheet someone forgot to update.

Role-Based Access
Document VaultLIVE

Medical records and case files land in one place, not scattered across email attachments — access follows role-based permissions, not a shared inbox.

Same-Day Changes
Admin ConsoleLIVE

Every org, every seat, every login — one console a firm admin controls directly. No waiting on us to add a teammate or shut one off.

Meet Linda

Beta
Case Brain →

Linda reads everything on the case — records, bills, notes, correspondence — and answers questions about it in plain language, with a link back to exactly where the answer came from.

Ask her what's outstanding on a case. She checks the file, not your memory.

How Pónt Works

01 / Who Sees What

Every request checks the case's own firm before it checks anything else. Wrong firm, wrong case — it doesn't 403, it doesn't exist. There's no "almost had access."

02 / If A Link Leaks

Patient and provider links are single-use and expire on their own. A forwarded link doesn't become a standing door into someone's case file.

03 / Who Changes The Rules

An admin can change what a role is allowed to touch — same day, no ticket to engineering. The firm sets its own access policy; it doesn't wait on ours.

04 / What Gets Logged Coming Soon

A full audit trail — who viewed, edited, or shared what, and when — plus human review on sensitive actions. In development.

Where We're Headed

Everything above is a piece. The shape we're building toward is one system that follows a case through its full arc — not a claim of what's live today, just the direction.
